On this we agree. I too think of those who are white supremacists and neo nazi supporters of Trump, as well as radical Islamists, are indeed evil, and their racist and violent views should not be allowed to proliferate on social media platforms that can influence others with their violent ideologies.

Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, none of these have any obligation to promote hate speech.

The leftist collectivist ideology inevitably results in more centralized control, more tyranny and more oppression of the people.

It is really exciting to see the people of Hong Hong pushing back against this vile repressive regime. If there is some way that we can help them, I hope we will. You cannot help people who are not willing to accept responsibility to help themselves. Clearly here, these people are ready and willing to try to help themselves. I hope we will try to help them.
Democrats are not trying to implement the Chinese system here in America.

Democrats (and Republicans) ARE promoting free trade with slave labor nations like China, because it helps suppress wages here at home. Both parties are controlled by the corporate elite via bribes (aka campaign contributions).

Communism and collectivism have nothing to do with our declining standard of living in America. The corporate elite would literally lose their heads in a communist / collectivist regime.

Default Hong Kong protests

Can someone tell me specifically what these protests are about?

Just clicked on several news articles about them and apparently actual information is no longer allowed in news articles. Thanks.

What news article?

The mainland China wants to have an extradition treaty with Hong Kong, which is an autonomous region with its own judicial system and not subject to the communist rule.

The people in HK fear:
1. Their own people will be exposed to the communist rule.
2. The communist China may extradite people for political reasons.

There is only one political party in China - the Communist party. The analagous party here in the United States is the Democrat party, same as always.
