Absolutely. And African Americans are no different. The black community is rife with hypocrisy just like every other community.

Republicans would’ve found Trump to be completely unelectable 25 years ago. Now he’s Saint Donald and has managed to supplant Ronald Reagan as their conservative standard bearer.

Why? Because they want to win so badly, and their NORMAL cast of conservative invertebrates just don’t cut it electorally anymore.

Yep. Look at Chicago. Chicago is 1/3 Black. It just elected its first Black mayor since Harold Washington back in the 1980s. Lori Lightfoot. She's a Black lesbian mayor. I bet alot of Black people, and other groups in Chicago voted for her.

And consider this. Salt Lake City is basically the capital of not only Utah, but of the Mormon world. The LDS church was never a fan of homosexuality. It's started to soften its position. Just the same, Salt Lake City elected a lesbian mayor. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackie_Biskupski

Salt Lake City is the only Democratic stronghold in Utah. Been that way for years.

Socially conservative people are probably more likely to not favor a gay candidate, regardless of ethnicity, race or political ideology.

No idea why this pastor made it about race. Says more about the pastor than the candidate.

Todd gave the pastor’s remark credibility.

If you won't vote for someone ONLY BECAUSE they are homosexual, yeah...you're a homophobe.
