I have zero respect for the bozo... zero. I think the Democrats are being majorly trolled by the guy, he is just using the party, playing like he above it all, avoiding paying the dues of party membership while getting all the benefits of being in party, and allowing him to run as a Democrat is being grossly unfair to the real Democratic candidates. It ticks me off, and I don’t even like the Democrat Party.
Not true at all.

The DNC, and Bernie no doubt have an agreement. Bernie will collect voter data on 10's of millions of young people, and will then gladly sell the data to the DNC. Both sides know Bernie will never get the nomination, but both know there's mutual benefit, the DNC gets the coveted voter data, and Bernie gets a huge payday.

The fact that the Democratic Party doesn't know which way to turn will be what gets Trump re-elected.

Endorsing a Centrist like Biden is not going to work, and endorsing a Social Democrat isn't going to work either.

In the last election the Bernie supporters were so angry he wasn't nominated, a number of them voted for Trump as an act of vengeance. Same thing will happen again. And will Trump thank them for it?

uhm

communism...is the workers owning the means of production

socialism ...is the government owning the means of production

and what FDR brought us was fascism (socialism lite)...aka corporatism

No, I would not like how Hillary would have run it either. Bought and paid for by wall street and a war monger. No thanks.

You can't take them over by supporting them. Many tried with Sanders. They are still doing so.
What are our choices? Sticking our heads in the sand? One can either win by playing by the rules, or give up.

I'll go with judges picked by Ds anyday over judges picked by the heritage group. My grandkids will be living with that for the next 75 years.

Read about the mcGovern rules. A tiny band of committed people changed the rules that took some power away from the ruling elite. Then the elected came up with super delegates, so they could still run things. Thanks to Bernie and some strong misbehavior by DWS, super delegates will be a thing of the past.

Why doesn't he feed and take care of their medical needs as well all on his dime? Surely he can afford to take care of at least two or three families? What say you Bernie? Put your money where your mouth is and lead by example.

The only reason that the Democrats are shunning the angry old curmudgeon is because his positions are unpalatable to a great many people. But make no mistake about it there is no difference policy wise between the two.
Bernie has the house he has always had in Vt. He owns a modest condo in DC. His wife inherited the family cabin from her parents. She sold it to buy one closer to her needs. That hardly makes him rich. The money came from book sales. Bet your man McConnell has more than Bernie. And some of Mitch's money from his wife's family s really iffy.

The only perceivable "drawback" of Sanders is of his attachment to socialism, which might be a little too much for moderate democrats, to the extent that it's assumed that moderate democrats might sit at home on election day.

Be that as it may, that's the only "drawback" to a Sanders candidacy. On the flipside, the man is established, experienced, comes across as having a clean past, and, of all of the democratic candidates, it could be argued that Sanders is the most authentic - by far.

So...why has the democrat establishment kicked back on his candidacy?
Because Corporate Controlled Democrats want Biden. Biden will bark like a dog whenever they pull his chain. Bernie won't do this.

Trump said it exactly: "Bernie is toast because China wants Biden". Trump has always been right.

Not true. More are beginning to understand that. In years past, Biden would have cruised to the nomination.

We still have super delegates.

What does that have to do with anything? He's still wealthy and part of the 1% that he constantly rails against. Why make excuses for the little communist curmudgeon hypocrite? Whether McConnell or anybody else for that matter has more than him is irrelevant.

Seriously?

Trump's cabinet is filled to the brim with Goldman-Sachs and former lobbyists.

Clean your own house.
