Absolutely. India is almost out of water. Where do many of the drugs in the U.S. come from? India. It will take people being affected personally before they'll wake up. And even then many won't. Look at the farmers. They're going bankrupt and losing everything. But they still support Trump. Go figure.
I personally don't think there is anything we can do at this point to fix climate change.

The climate has been changing for as long Earth has been a planet. Or at least since it's had an atmosphere. Sometimes it gets warmer. And sometimes it gets cooler. And man has never had anything to do with it.
Or do you suppose those cave men some 120,000 years ago caused the major fluctuations in temperature and CO2 by driving their stone-age RVs around looking at the dinosaurs? Or the equally-major ones 250,000 years ago?

Except for the vocal minority of Virtue Signalers who need meaning in their lives, most people know that man made climate change is a major HOAX and SCAM designed to create bigger government, higher taxes, and make everything more expensive by raising energy prices. Yeah, that's good for the poor and middle income earners who live paycheck to paycheck.
With respect to your previous inter-glacial comments. Just because you don't understand the science of how glacial and inter glacial feedback cycles work, doesn't mean that scientists don't either.
