Which would you be in favor of?

A Government Health Insurance program that can be used nationwide. Monthly payments are income adjustable or can opt to be taken out of yearly tax return. Can select from precreated plans or build your own based off services you need. Cost is transparent so when you buy Government Health Insurance it tells you how much percentage of such services will be covered by insurance. With ability to receive 5% discount on insurance if you don't smoke. 5% if you volunteer 12 or more hours a month in the previous year. 2.5% if you have a physical. 2.5% if you have two dentist cleanings. 1% firveach of the 5 fitness event's participated in the prior year. Example being you could pay $60 a week instead of $75 after receiving a 20% discount. Everyone would have to pay a 2% deduction from their paycheck if select a Government health insurance plan. With a few exceptions. Individuals can opt out and purchase other various health insurance. Also can utilize other organizations to help pay for healthcare. Can utilize FSA accounts and other private health insurance plans in connuction with Government health plan.

Or...

Medicare for All 100% covered health insurance paid for by tax deductions

Which would you prefer?

Option 3. You pay for your healthcare, and I'll pay for my healthcare. Whether you pay out of pocket or use private health insurance should be up to each individual.

That is option 1

Just throws a low cost health insurance into the mix via the Government. It could cause other insurance carriers find ways to compete, lower cost, and other unique new services to entice new consumers.

I like Option 3.

Thanks for something other than the OP's false dilemma.

We'll all be paying for it whether we want to or not via taxes. That's the very nature of every government program in existence.
