As the war on whites continues to heat up in the "higher education" arena, the Rutgers University event attendees will be taught to “understand what is white United States-ian culture; understand the beliefs and values of white United State-ian culture; recognize characteristics of white United States-ian culture in organizations; begin to explore the impact the culture has on professionals in the field; and learn antidotes to dismantling white organizational culture."

I am sure Rutgers will show their propensity for diversity and inclusion by holding separate events targeting all other specific demographic groups............Not!

Keep paying those high tuition dollars.

They might consider it a successful model to market to other cultures. Meh, more backwards think at the universities.

If they really were serious about "dismantling white organizational culture" they would give up:

electricity
central heating and cooling
water and sewage systems
automobiles, buses, trains, airplanes, bicycles
television
radio
the internet
phones

All brought to you by "white organizational culture"

So are people supposed to not be proud of being white or their heritage?

Why all this angst and gnashing of teeth? Colleges are places to think outside the box, to explore, to experiment, and to learn. There is, and always has been since we've been an independent nation, something called "white privilege", that has extended everywhere, to the highest reaches of government and industry.

Don't feel threatened by those who are learning about this. Once you understand how this works, you can develop ways to gain access. That is probably the takeaway from this course.

College has turned into an indoctrination farm creating social justice warrior debt slaves. There is no thinking outside of the box. Forced thought is prescribed in college today, and that thought follows a far left agenda. Nothing else is tolerated on college campuses in today's environment. "Equality, tolerance, diversity, inclusion," etc. are banner words that only apply when it fits the aforementioned agenda.

Im truly truly worried about the future in terms of a major major white nationalist movement. One can only hear how much they suck without some recourse happening. I've wondered about this for several years now, long before trump.

I want things to be even and for harmony between people of all stripes. Im really concerned these last couple of years,

Yes, colleges are SUPPOSED to be places where the free exchange of ideas is valued. What we see in this and other examples is the polar opposite of that, however, with any views not within the orthodoxy of the particular field squashed.
