The only people weakening the US right now are the corrupt left-wing media outlets who continue to undermine Trump at every turn, effectively sending a message to these "dictators" that Trump has no support internally, and all because democrats are STILL throwing a temper tantrum about their loss in 2016.
That is what's causing these dictators to keep pushing. The nitwits in the media are doing exactly what people like Putin, Xi, and Un want them to do: undermine Trump and sow discord within the US and between our allies.
Think about it this way, if the media were less biased and actually patriotic, support for Trump internally would be much higher, and that would strengthen his position both with our allies and our adversaries. But that's not happening... domestic politics are undermining Trump's support both at home and abroad, and that is having international consequences.

AH yes BUT it would be far easier for him if the Nation was to stand in a united front. The Left and their media have been trying undermine and derail Trump since day one. Their negativity is dividing the country like Putin never could.
I can see it now IF this turns into a type of Cuban Missile Crisis like in 1962 Trump will move to block it and the Dems will threaten lawsuits against him while they quibble in Congress about taking Power away from the office of the President that was put there to deal with issues like this and of course the media will be harping on anything Trump says.
The country works better when we are all pulling in the same direction. Working with Trump would be far better than working against him but then again if the Dems actually agreed with him for once their voters would flip out and the donations for their reelections would stop pouring in and they certainly can't have that...
Maybe the Dems should stop championing for Illegal aliens and stop attacking Trump on everything he does and work towards uniting the country to guard against real threats such as this?
Maybe if the Congress gets to work on immigration laws that fit today’s world and employers stop hiring them, things might get under control. It really it’s not a hard fix . It starts with us- WE are the consumers of cheap labor, drugs, and sex slaves. That’s the hard facts!
