I can't think of one thing that I am paying more for. Not cars, not TVs not nothing. Have Buicks gone up by 25%? Nobody was buying them at the old price. The opposite happened. China ate the fees. The math that a 25% rise in tariffs will lead to a 25% rise in consumer costs didn't pan out.

Open your eyes, things are going to get worse. Many grocery prices and other consumer goods have gone up tremendously. You need to get out and shop more.
The tariffs enacted so far in the trade battle with China have already raised the prices of goods in affected industries much more than the overall rate of inflation, made clearly visible in this chart from Goldman Sachs.
And the bank said the impact on prices could get a lot worse for U.S. consumers if the world’s two largest economies can’t come to an agreement and additional tariffs are put into play.

A bowl of Washington Cherries is 1.99/#, Kroger stores around Seattle. That's very cheap.

Strawberries went from 2.99 to 4.99 lb, tomatoes 1.29 to 2.49 lb, milk 1.89 to 2.79 gal, apples .99 cents to 2.29 lb, bread 1.99 to 3.99 loaf, avocado.49 cents to .99 cents ea. and the list goes on and on.
The only time they're cheaper is when they are used for weekly come on loss leader sales.

I don't know where you got your prices because they are not even close to what I see. I bought strawberries today for $0.99 lb, tomatoes for $0.50 lb, milk for $1.29 1/2 gal, and bread for $0.99 - none were advertised items. Apples and avocados are not really in season right now and I don't buy them much but I saw some apples for $0.99 lb a couple of days ago. None of those items are likely influenced by Tariffs anyway since Canada and Mexico are not subject to them currently. The other issue is that your prices appear to be impacted by observation bias due to the fact that even a 25% tariff is not going to increase the prices by anywhere near 100% you are reporting.

Non of those products are imported from China, thus not subject to tariffs.

Plenty of great American whisky and bourbon brands to choose from.

My eyes are open and in the Pacific Northwest part of the country, the only thing that's going up is my property taxes. Consumer goods and food items are basically at the same prices they were at the start of this year.

Has this hurt our farmers? Yes!! No doubt, but China needed to be put in check since they're policies towards imported American goods are not fair... Not even going to bring in them stealing/manipulating American technology. If you think that China is playing on a level field AND good trading partners AND you simply blame Trump for all the ills of the world, you have no credibility in this topic.

What should we have done after China broke all the previous trade agreements made back in early 2019?

As Americans, we, as a collective, suffer from short term vision where the Chinese see things in the long term... That how they get over on us. Regardless of what people on either the Left or Right has to say, I support Trump on this effort to have the Chinese live up to their agreements and not to change them when they sense American weakness on the trade issues.
