You can't block Trump from what we have been doing for years. As I noted we averaged just over 5000 deportations a week last year. Trump is threatening to deport 2000 people.
Big deal, we would be anyway.

I am not a Trumper if that is what you are implying. I believe they are already raiding employers but probably a fraction of what is going on out there. It would take a big ramp up of personel and I don't see that happening. Near where I live over in New Mexico they closed all the border patrol checkpoints that are about 50 miles from the mexico border because they are putting everyone on the border to deal with the people flooding over.

I answered the question about what we should do. Why are we ignoring the employment laws?
I've answered this a hundred times. No, you can not use a fake I.D. to remain employed. Shumer nor Pelosi is in charge of enforcing the laws. Trump is. I condemned Obama all the time when he was and I've pointed out where Hispanics were mad at him for lying to them.

They need to go to a port of entry and do it legally. Most of them are not true asylum seekers, but seeking economic advancement, which is not a qualifying reason under asylum law.

Employers need to hire people legally and pay them in accordance to our laws also. If one can get away with it, I'm going to be OK with both getting away with it.
I'm not a fan of a two tiered justice system. That's what brought us the Epstein mess.
