I do not believe that they are stating that the Government has to help minorities.
Quite telling that this is the first point made - as if to insist that "minorities" need "help."
"Minorities" do not need any help but simply have an inalienable right to pursue life free of interference by others who really want the "minorities" to need their help so that the level of dependence remain.
Think about this in detail and understand the psychological aspect of racism!
One must be perceptive enough to understand the symbolism of associating "minorities" with the word "help."
In essence, by continually using code phrases as such, there is mental conditioning.
The word "minorities" have a subservient connotation and "help" indicates that there must be someone who needs to intercede to assist.
In other words, the person (or group) who intercedes to assist remain in a superior position and the person (group) who appears to need help will always be in a subservient position.
For example, during Thanksgiving, you will see some media outlets show "minorities" on the television "participating" in the free Thanksgiving meal. Then, you will see the organizer of the event will speak. Then, later, you will usually see the reporter put the microphone in a African American lady's face and the African American lady will say something along the lines of - "I really appreciate this...!"
