Yeah, I'll bet everyone on the right is thrilled by the food fights taking place.

The thing with AOC and her chief of staff is that they're still bright eyed, bushy tailed and think that they've resposible for creating the wheel.

AOC will eventually crash and burn. Eventually.
I'm not a fan of Pelosi either, but these new Congresswomen are pushing moderate Dem's out of the party, and I'm one of them. WAY too far left for my liking. In that regard, I'm happy some of the elder statespeople are pushing back.

I suppose there is a difference, but my point was just that Rahm has dabbled in ID politics, and now ID politics has come back to bite him.

AOC and the new congresspeople being voted in from the Justice democrats, wants the US to move to the Scandinavian modell.
Its a highly capitalistic society.. with a strong safety net.

A model that insures better conditions for both corporations and workers.

Where healthcare is cheaper and better. Workers have rights and your salary actually increases each year.

That is why the Wall Street democrats, the republican light democrats and blu dog democrats all hate her politics... It makes workers lives better and kills the insurance, medical, Pharma profits and payoffs.

The blue dog coalition had 54 members after 2008, but lost most of them in the 2010 GOP blowout, after dems rammed through Obamacare in March 2010.

Rahm is right, but he has no business throwing stones. He has a well-worn background of playing ID politics. When he ran for Chgo. mayor, the race was all about race, and he did nothing to defuse it. He was the white candidate, Mosely Braun was the black candidate, and there was a Hispanic candidate whose name I forget. Rep. Danny Davis (D,IL) said it was fine to splinter along racial lines, because growing up as a boy on the farm, he saw that chickens followed chickens, and turkeys followed turkeys.
Chicago has horribly gerrymandered congressional districts that follow racial lines....including the one that is held by Chuy and is in 2 or 3 pieces lmao.

Rahm's administration tried to cover up a police murder with a payoff to the youths family. Officer went without charges for about 2 years, other cops lied for him, huge cover up.

End result? Cop found guilty and NOBODY ELSE GOT IN TROUBLE.

Laquan McDonald, black you killed by cops and where is the pressure on the city or it's politicians? Yeah, nowhere. They're politically protected.

But the Justice Democrats are against capitalism.
