Deflection failure.

Now, let's get back to the subject at hand:

The problem of global warming.

Trump Consults Fake-News Memes While Mulling Climate Policy

Your boy tRump doesn't get it.

Neither do his followers.

There's always a place to criticize Borak Obama and his Farrakhan supporters like yourself. One thing great about Trump is his piece by piece disassembly of Obama's Anti-American policies, especially the Chinese exceptions in the Paris climate aggrement.

Ah, yes...

The childish insult.

The go-to for tRump and his Trumpling followers.

So predictable.

pull-EEZ!

The "great thing" about tRump for you guys is he gets away with spewing racist garbage and y'all feel empowered to follow his lead.

He feeds your fear and anger even better than Hannity and Limbaugh do.

His followers are addicted.

China is a developing country and as such deserves more lenient rights, just like all other developing countries. I mean, the West has been destroying the world's environment for like 200 years, and now that the environment is a concern, the West wants to keep developing countries from having their own industrialization and catching up? How hypocritical is that?!
Not to mention that many of the companies polluting the environment in China, India etc. are actually Western companies that have gone there in order to escape their own tight environmental laws in the first place.

Whether the Paris agreement makes sense or not, is another question, but irrelevant regarding my previous post as all the other countries have to bear the cost of it, which is unfair.

They said today that a Brazilian environmental agency has confirmed the massive destruction of the rain forest under the new president. More than a whopping 4000 football fields of rain forest are chopped every day. This poses a real threat to the world's lung as the Amazon is called. Time for drastic steps. I will write EU official and suggest the EU stop all crop and wood product imports from Brazil and also from all countries that do not stop crop and wood products imports from Brazil unless and until the Amazon is protected again by the Brazilian government. Thanks to satellite images it is easy to check. Time to use sanctions and boycotts for a good reason for a change.

It's definitely up to the EU. The US isn't going to address the issue since the people running this country believe the Rapture is happening soon and there's no harm at all in destroying the rainforest. In fact, it's God's will.

That's the same mindset as Bolsonaro's. And then people wonder why I don't like religious people...

Yes, but it was in the news again as another organization has confirmed those fears.

scientists warn that losing another fifth of Brazilís rainforest will trigger the feedback loop known as dieback, in which the forest begins to dry out and burn in cascading system collapse, beyond the reach of any subsequent human intervention or regret. This would release a doomsday bomb of stored carbon, disappear the cloud vapor that consumes the sunís radiation before it can be absorbed as heat, and shrivel the rivers in the basin and in the sky.
The catastrophic loss of another fifth of Brazilís rainforest could happen within one generation. Itís happened before. Itís happening now.
Yawn.
