You say he sounded like a jerk. Anyone who has been at a job for over 15-20 years, and then has to subject himself to some young 20-something-year-old project manager right out of school who doesn't know crap about the industry - can totally identify with his attitude.
One other thing... in the video you posted in the other thread - she has people there about how they couldn't afford health insurance - yet when he started giving his testimony about his experience as a cop - she wants to cut him off. She didn't want to hear his experience - only the experiences that advance what she wants are important to her.

IF one seeks "asylum" in accordance with existing law, one will not be in violation of an immigration law. If one crosses the border illegally, that IS a violation of immigration law. Stating "But I am seeking asylum!" AFTER you have violated the law is too late! You are now a criminal, not an asylum seeker.
By the way, the term is "Herr", not "Heir".
Another "Oh, by the way": The separation of families, so I have read, was instituted during the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION!
