Will people fooled once be fooled twice with the same promise ? Some no doubt will !!!

What China Joe got right was a no brainer !!!

PolitiFact called "if you like your health care plan, you can keep it" the "Lie of the Year."

In Iowa, Biden also warned the AARP audience that “Medicare as you know it” will go away under Medicare for All.

Having worked in the insurance industry for 30 years as an underwriter, ratemaker, and compliance officer, I can tell you with no hesitation that insurance companies are ripping people off by filing forms that defy state laws, "fixing" claims adjustments to rip off insureds, and denying coverage to people who truly are eligible.

It became so terrible that I retired out of the industry in 2002 while making 100K per year. The following year I was making $10.50 per hour as a medical records clerk. And discovered another way the insurance industry rips consumers off. They send nurses into hospitals with the authority to halt payments if, in the opinion of the nurses, the patient no longer needs to stay in the hospital. Makes no difference what the doctor says about the patient. The bill will fall on the patient if he/she listens to the doctor.

Private insurance is totally about profit for insurance carriers---and they are willing to do anything to make sure the coins keep filling the chest. How else are their CEO's going to get five to ten million dollar bonuses on top of 25-45 million in salaries?

Now government is sometimes inefficient, but rarely is it maliciously evil.

Give me public healthcare for all and leave a few insurance companies intact to sell "supplemental" coverage like "cancer insurance" (one of the biggest scams perpetrated on Americans).

So Biden is not my choice as he thinks people should be able to "keep" coverage from criminal corporations.

Quote:
People in the US believe that “competition” is the best way to keep costs down. So, while every nation with an advanced economy other than the US offers universal health insurance, the US doesn’t. And while every other nation in this category has better health outcomes than the US, the US has a health care system with first world technology and third world outcomes. If you’re rich, you get the best health care in the world. If you’re poor, you die. On average, the US health system is worse than Cuba’s system. So much for capitalism.

We've already established that you WON'T be able to keep your Medicare OR private insurance because Dem proponents of Medicaid...er, Medicare for All have said so.
