Besides, he had no right to resist arrest. He DOES have a right o his day in court after he is arrested though.
Then there is no need for the second amendment. Bundy used it in this way and it worked out for him.

How little you know. First off it is protocol. Second he was not dead at that point. Even if he was dead the cops still have to search him. It is protocol.

Chicago cleans up it's force some.

4 Chicago cops fired for alleged Laquan McDonald shooting cover-up, Police Board announces

The officers were accused by CPD Supt. Eddie Johnson of giving or approving knowingly false statements in an effort to have the shooting of Laquan McDonald deemed justified.

Yes, Eric Garner and Tamir Rice are dead but their deaths have had a very positive impact on the way we treat rogue police officers. More and more are being help accountable. Just a few years ago these officers don't get fired.

It works out fine if you are in the right. Ask Bundy.

Garner wasn't in the right. No prosecution by a grand jury or by the DOJ. Again your point?

I don't care if it were Eric's 100th arrest, he still had a right to live and defend himself. "The cop," was way out of line and full of himself. Eric, was pleading for his life. Like a drowning man. The public would be better served if this cop were in a different line of work. JMO

He was seemingly resisting arrest, because he was in a choke hold and cops all around, and no one helping, Eric to breathe, kind of hard to resist arrest, when you can't breathe. He had asthma, ever known anyone with asthma? Their airwaves close up.

How many people have died in the past, before cameras were recording. Bad cops have been around as long as I can remember. They sure make the good cops look bad.

I don't know if cops get mean and uncaring because of what they have seen in the past, or they are just mean and cruel and think they can get by with torturing what could be innocent people?

Again, there are more good cops than bad. Just really an ugly situation, that Eric had all bad cops surrounding him. JMO
