Of course he won't be charged. Is anyone surprised? Cops are above the law in this country. They are allowed to kill citizens without consequence, as we see time and time and time again. Nothing changes. This decision is just more of the same.

I don't think it has to come to that. The argument is that it will if we continue to excuse the violations of individuals civil rights.
Even the founders warned of this and enacted the 2nd Amendment. The violation of our rights by the government is the very reason they made sure to include that.
But to jump ahead, if that is what it took I believe the general citizenry wins as that is what the country was founded on.

More. This guy was killed for illegally selling cigarettes. He'd been cited before and needs a harsh fine/time in jail, but it shouldn't be a death sentence.
He didn't break the law and I suspect you know this by now.
He did, it's called resisting arrest. You go to jail for such an infraction.
