I bet those disapproval numbers are going down now. But, really, it only matters what voters of their districts think about them when they run for reelection.
I've mainly stayed away from the threads about this whole ishstorm because I know no one is going to change their minds. But it should be fair game to go after their politics and their ideas and their statements. But he went after them personally. He put huge targets on their backs. He called them out because he doesn't think they love America due to some of the things they said, Yet tbs is a man whose campaign slogan is "Make America Great Again" because he didn't think it was great in 2016.

That was as pathetic as his comments. Omar, particularly is a total disaster. You are right about one thing, it makes little difference as long as the voters in their districts continue to support them,but will they in 2020?

He didn't mention race either. He simply said that if you don't like it here - leave - or stop complaining and trashing America. It's the same thing numerous celebrities said they would do if he got elected, but they are still here.

Which is fine, all she has to appeal to is HER constituency, it's a local race, not national.
I know nothing about Omar, so I have no opinion. I think AOC is the flip side of Trump, and dislike her almost as much as I dislike Trump.
It is local as far as only her district votes for her, but it is also a national race because she holds a federal position. OK so I am getting technical. sorry!!! I do agree about AOC except I think she is worse than Trump as her ideas are so far out in thin air. Omar still scares me: I just can't help it. AOC is almost funny, she is do nutty, but I don't think of her as being mean and hateful like Omar.
