Wow, I wonder how effective this will be in stopping or reducing the drug flow coming into the US?

The real head or a fake one made to:
1. Hide the real one for the side of the cartel and
2. Give US law enforcement a big show victory.

He'll be out before we know it. I have no reason to believe this guy is going to just sit around and spend the rest of his life in prison. He's got too many resources on the outside.
