Yes, its as if Al-Queda is recruiting them to blow up Americans. There's no difference between the murderous nuts in the Middle east & these traitors to America!

The founding fathers were up in arms over a small tax on imported tea. Where's the civil disobedience at? Where are the protests? Where's our Boston Tea Party? Is America too apathetic and/or spineless to make a stand? Will we submit to fascism and totalitarianism of the federal bureaucracy? Or will we rally as our founding fathers did in an effort for our God given liberty? Who will make a stand with me?
As soon as right wing fanatics lose elections they start foaming at the mouth about tyranny, oppression, socialism, communism, every ism they can dig up to prop up their paranoia. They're just not on very good terms with this whole democracy thing except when they win.

Where were you when baby Bush was revoking habeas corpus (You know, that insignificant little thing known as the foundation of human rights.)? Were you all worked up into a lather then? How about when he lied us into a war and funneled at least a trillion tax payer dollars into the pockets of his well connected military cronies to butcher & slaughter hundreds of thousands of innocent people who did nothing to us? Were you a huffin and a puffin about sovereignty & state's rights & fascism & the currency, etc etc etc or were you a flag wavin' and a cheer leadin' along with the rest of the F#X Fools?

Here are two books on the subject:
American Fascists: The Christian Right And The War On America, by Chris Hedges, and With God On Our Side by Michael Weinstein, West Point grad and member of the Reagan admin. Those who would attempt to subvert and replace a duly elected government are traitors, pure and simple. I hear there is plenty of room for people to settle in the Australian Outback.

When the federal government becomes oppressive, no US exists anymore. There is just federal government.
Wrong. It's impossible to rebel against one without attacking the other. That's like saying "I shot the guy because of what his brain thought and what his mouth said and what his hands did" after you shoot the guy in the chest -- "Oh no, I don't have anything against his chest..."

The Federal Government of the USA is a big part of the USA. It is in a sense the USA because the Federal government is what officially UNITES the states. Take away the Federal Government and there's no more union amongst the states. Understand? The UNION army in the Civil War - UNION. Get it? Federal, National Government of the UNION of states.

As for the rebellion being peaceful, it sure wasn't, and the Rebels were the ones who organized an army and attacked first. I don't know what dream world it is where the Civil War was a "peaceful" rebellion.

The Founding Fathers designed the Constitution clearly to set up a government in the US with checks and balances and a PEACEFUL transfer of power every 4 years so that there would be no armed insurrection to effect a transfer of power.

You don't like the Federal Government? Vote for people who will change it. That is your recourse. That is democracy. That is the American way and that is Constitutional.

You people want the peaceful transfer of power when your stupid candidate (like Bush) wins, and anyone who dares speak against Bush is labeled "unAmerican". But when your candidate loses, you not only speak against Obama, but you start murmuring about armed revolution. You claim you're not "unAmerican", just against the Federal Government (and that's a stupid argument made out of abject ignorance).

This is why you people are the political MINORITY in this country. People see through your lying and irrationality.
