Political families beget dynasties. Take Gov. Mario Cuomo’s kid, Gov. Andrew. Add a pile of Roosevelts, wall-to-wall Kennedys, more Bushes than they have in Cypress. Clintons might gear Chelsea for office. We had multiple Daleys in Chicago, assorted Tafts from Ohio, Jerry Brown and daddy Pat both grabbed California governorships. Plus leave us not overlook those Rockefellers.

Comes now Donald Trump’s son. Drums are beating that Donald Jr. would like to run for mayor. Of where? Where else?

We are not talking some parched sod in Iowa, where the corn is as high as a Democrat’s eye. Kiddies, mother is saying friends are saying he is saying he’d like to run for mayor of New York City.

This way his daddy won’t have to grease those pesky building inspectors.

The Trumps shouldn’t press their luck. They really should just take what they already have politically and be grateful for it.

They aren’t the stuff of political dynasties. Junior should run off somewhere with his Secret Service detail and go club hopping or something. Like his dad, he’s not a serious individual. He hasn’t a lick of gravitas about him. Super lightweight.

I was wondering who Trump would try to install in NY to try and turn the tide of his upcoming avalanche of consequences. ...the Epstein revelations have certainly narrowed his picking fields.

Hooterville wouldn’t elect him mayor. He’s a clown. There is nothing about Orange Junior that even connotes anything mayoral about him.

In case no one has noticed, New Yorkers do not like the Trump family of grifters for LOTS or reasons. They are practically shunned in NYC.

They think they're popular and respected, don't they? Why?

They're downright dumb.
