Trump is a puppet of Wall Street and big pharma.

He's a meek mouse. Claiming he's going to push for universal health care and taking on the Wall Street crooks and doing the opposite once in office. Just like his puppet masters told him.

Trump says one thing one day, then waffles and takes it back the next. Then says it again the day after that.

...and then keeps it all up until the issue either wears out and goes away or until Trump finds some new triviality to focus like a laser beam on. And then, it begins all over again.

This is a government that governs by noise, distraction, and dependency on a dead-locked Congress.

When Trump was given a total Congressional majority in both houses, what was the best he could do? Pass another scabrous tax relief bill for the rich. The same old agenda the Republican party has always had, and the only thing it could do with no work involved.
Everything else Trump has done was easy pickings. None of them will last once the next Democrat wins the White House; just as he reversed Obama's executive orders, so will his own be reversed.

That happens quite a lot too; with every change of party, some EOs get reversed. Or get reversed again, restoring the originals back to what they were the first time.
