Here is your daily dose of putting those tuition dollars to hard work in higher education today. Colorado State University has listed "America" and "American" as "non-inclusive" words that should be avoided. Why you might ask? CSU claims that one “erases other cultures and depicts the United States as the dominant American country.”

Taking "free speech" one step further, CSU also recommends avoiding the following words as well: handicap parking, male, female, ladies and gentlemen, straight, normal person, war, cake walk, “eenie meenie miney moe,” Eskimo, freshman, “hip hip hooray!”, hold down the fort, starving, policeman, and Mr./Mrs./Ms.

This is actually NOT a joke. Keep paying that exorbitant tuition! The article with all of these "banned" words is linked below:

Parents: avoid sending your kids to Colorado State, or any other indoctrination factory masquerading as a university these days.

I guess saying "American" or "America" is racist too, now, thanks to the screaming whining brats who are now in charge of the Democrat Party.

good grief. what a crock of feces..

here's another doozy: can't use 'food coma' because -

"More commonly known now as a "food coma," this phrase directly alludes to the stereotype of laziness associated with African-Americans. It stems from a longer (and incredibly offensive) version. Modern vernacular dropped the racial slur, leaving a faux-scientific diagnosis for the tired feeling you get after eating way too much food."

1) If you have to explain to everyone why something is racist, it's not racist;

2) A phrase is also not racist if, as these air-skulls claim, the was explicitly ALTERED TO EXCISE a prior racist element;

3) If your free-association instincts somehow link "coma" to "lazy black people," then YOU'RE the racist and you need to take responsibility for your own racism instead of projecting it onto everyone else around you and chastising THEM.

I would say that I don't believe it, but -- unfortunately -- I do. Am I going to follow their recommendations?

Absolutely NOT!

P.S. I would also love to know why “cake walk,” “eenie meenie miney moe,” “hip hip hooray!” and “hold down the fort,” were among other words and phrases deemed non-inclusive by CSU. Perhaps because they are part of the U.S. vernacular and perhaps not known by most people who weren't born in the U.S. a long time ago? In that case -- I still say, in effect, "Baloney!" (And I'm surprised that word wasn't on the list, too!)

You have to hand it to the Left. They went right for the universities, media, Hollywood and now you have whole new generation that has been completely brought up to believe their toxic ideology.
