Here's a breakdown:

- married Harvard law professor is approached by a woman who claims that she is massively attracted to him, and later that she is pregnant by him.

- professor is bamboozled by a (biological) woman and her trans (or not) partner into believing that they are a functioning, post-patriarchy family unit

- interloping pair try to get him to sign over his entire life to them, use constant SJW theatrics to put him into a submissive position

- guy's life more or less falls apart after he is accused of sexual abuse by couple to Harvard faculty, and is placed on indefinite leave due to policies surrounding how accusations of sexual assault are handled.

Really, many men wouldn't see a scam straight out of a porno-movie setup? A strange woman walks up to you out of the middle of nowhere at a hardware store and says you're attractive, I'm from out of town on business and need someone to show me around, I'm a lesbian but you're such a man I'll turn straight for you, I'm emotionally frail but you're my rock, blah blah blah. And then the details that followed were increasingly bizarre and should have been about two dozen red flags in their own right, but the initial setup was such an obvious cliche I'd have been looking around for hidden cameras and wondering who's trying to punk me.
