The death penalty should be expanded and used as it is in China and other countries to rid society of undesirable persons such as incorrigible drug users and a much broader range of criminals including non-violent ones such as white collar.

I don't want to see the guy take the easy way out and get fried in the electric chair. I want him to sit in prison for 100 years in a 4 x 6 cell with no phone, TV, cable, music, radio, and eat the prison food slipped through the slot, 3 times a day. It also depends on the crime. Anything involving kids is life in prison. Rape the same.

There are some horrible people who commit horrible crimes, but I think it is time to do away with death penalty. Life in prison without parole is sufficient.

Solitary confinement for life would be far worse for the prisoner than death penalty in my opinion.
