I understand differences in opinion over how immigration, abortion, economy, et al, should be handled, but it baffles me that anyone says that man made climate change is not real. Even without the scientific data, it is obvious to me how different the climate is over the years of my life, as a layperson's observation.
I'd love to hear from people who do not believe it and why?
Nobody disputes Climate Change. We have had drastic climate change throughout history, prior to Man, and prior to Man's Industrialization.

The dispute is over Man's contribution if any, and the dubious "fixes" for climate change that mean massive transfer of income and wealth from the people that can least afford it.

Also higher costs for all products and services due to the large increase in the cost of ENERGY. Which also affects the working poor and middle income earner the most.

Just a brief primer to help people understand the warmists better:

Summer = Man-made climate change
Winter = Just weather

And, let's assume it is man-made. Again, I'm not arguing one way or the other, because I don't believe 40 years of data vs 5 billion years of the planet is a significant amount of time to be so arrogant as to make such judgments just yet.

Assuming, for the sake of argument, however, that it is man-made. What are you willing to give up to reverse it? Because we're going to have to go back to the stone-age in order to meet the goals that some say we need in order to reach where we need to be. Take a look around you where you are right now, home or office. Everything you see will need to stop being produced. Are you willing to do that? Do you think it's possible?

When the Hollywood morons and other outspoken leftist idols stop using private jets and downsize to small, energy efficient housing, we can talk.

Until then, couldn’t care less.

Do I believe the PhD scientists who say the heatwave is directly associated with climate change or do I believe "Lovetosave" on an anonymous internet discussion board? No offense but I think I'll side with scientists on this one.

Solution?

And don't say, we're going to take rich people's money and distribute it as we see fit.
Money is the only way to control the climate (save the earth if you will) And with enough money, we can make it 75 degrees anywhere on earth. Donít believe me? Send me a lot of money and Iíll show you we humans can indeed control weather/climate.

And if I canít, so what!, Iíll be rich and you could care less,

I just returned from a week in Ireland yesterday and it was a very comfortable 21c which is about 70 F. Not bad for the middle of Summer. What is bad is how the Irish elected are tackling the global warming problem. It is now illegal to burn peat and coal, one cannot burn outdoors, new houses cannot have fireplaces or wood stoves put in and the worse is they are forcing people to move into the cities so they can use public transportation and not a car.

My brother in law told me a story how the gov. forced a young farm guy that was working on the family land to move to a city because he could not get permission to build a house. The guy now commutes 40 minutes to work on the farm.

Ireland is beautiful but the politicians are a bunch of screw balls and it seems the likes of AOC with her green new deal is trying to get us to follow in their footsteps.

As for the people that are upset about this heat wave I hate to break it to them but the Summer is traditionally hot.

That statement is equivalent to someone who would say, "Look, it's cold outside, so there must not be climate change occurring."

Surely you see the fallacy of your statement, right?
That is what rump uses.

More attributable to solar flares, sun-spots and the like than anything man has done.

Socialism on a global scale: steal from the makers/haves, redistribute to the 3rd world hell-holes, and help yourself to a healthy dip as the pot of money goes by. All the while taking private planes to the next AGW conference and keeping your mansion at 67 degrees all summer.

Altering the data until it matches your presumed outcome IS NOT science.
