The story "smells" - - - He allegedly has a BIRTH CERTIFICATE - but his foreign born mother used a VISA to bring him over the border. And she used a false name on his BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
WHOA.
FRAUD.
IS HE REALLY A U.S. CITIZEN?
And if he is, then he's already given consent to be governed (and mistreated).
One was not his fault and does he have to ask everyone he meets if they have papers?
"your fault, my fault, nobody’s fault… it don’t matter… I’m gonna blow your head off. "- Jacob McCandles in Big Jake 1971
So what that it was his mother's fault. He still had contradictory records that implied his documents were falsified.
He doesn't need to demand documents from anyone BUT he does have to provide them when passing through a immigration checkpoint. They are not secret or surprise inspection stations, he knew they were there and that he had to pass through. Maybe he did not know about the bad records or that his documentation would be suspect, but that's life. Lots of things happen you are poorly prepared for. This was just a bad situation that would not have happened if his mother had responded differently years before.
Just my opinion, but losing 26lbs in less than a month? Even if he was on a hunger strike and started extremely obese, it is extremely unlikely that he could loose more than a pound per day. If he had even half the calories recommended and had access to exercise regularly losing 15 lbs in 23 days would be challenging.
I thing he has a huge pile of money coming his way.
Probably not, everything was perfectly legal and he had legal representation. His mother is an illegal and his younger brother is one too and he was traveling on a Mexican document.

None of that matters, because the left has their headline and they control the truth, so now the truth is that an American citizen was detained, end of story and you're racist if you question it.
But neither of those things were OUR fault, so it's not our problem. It's his problem, and rightly so. He shouldn't be in this country; he's the fruit of an illegal tree. And he knows it, yet he takes advantage of it at our expense.
He was born in this country. He is just as entitled to be here as you are.
[quote=Three Wolves In Snow;55762489]Did anyone read the entire story? There were many reasons for this kid to be held, thanks to the fact that he was with 2 people who were NOT legal, and when he was an anchor baby, his mother falsified documents, which caught up to him when he went through that checkpoint.
As for the conditions - prove it. Where's the evidence?[/QU
Do you really need to see his hemorrhoids as proof?
I have zero problems with fast deportations of illegals who cannot prove imminent danger which is 99% of them. This would then make the legit cases move much faster due to less backlog.
How do Hondurans and other Central Americans prove anything when they govt told them to leave or die?
Birth certificate easy to verify. But is it easy to verify it belongs to the bearer?
This type stuff can be used against you as well.
