In fact, having one native born parent is enough to make the man a natural born citizen, even if it had been overseas. They completely ignore that ... because they want to. It doesn't 'fit' the narrative.

Ted Cruz is a perfect example of what I have just pointed out here, a native USA citizen married to a foreign born person having a child overseas. If Obama had actually been born outside of the USA he would still have had as much right to be president as Ted Cruz has ... except that he was born on US soil.

Obama is just as qualified by birth as Trump, both having one foreign born parent and both born in the USA.

The hoax (perpetrated by another person who also has one foreign born parent) is doubly ironic and reveals the ignorance of those making the claim.

Well, we already knew that, but it's nice to see a Fox contributor admit it.

The thing is, that guy is a supporter of Trump, and it's not so much an admission ... it is obvious he is trying to help Trump in the only way he can: constructive criticism about something Trump could change for the better. If Trump would think about it, the 'judge' is right, and he would be better off not going down that path again and again.

Trump, on the other hand, has a personal policy of never admitting to a mistake, so he won't take the criticism well.
Hate is a relative term.. jsut becuse you think its hate, does not mean anyone else does

All he is doing is inspiring whites to finally fight back against the people trying to take over the country.

Liberals viewers are under the false belief that anyone on FOX is pro Trump. Unlike liberal "news" who actually did carry Obamas water, on Fox there are people who counter debate, like Napolitano for one.

Yep, big nothing burger op.

You are too funny, and not qualified to post about politics.

80% of Napolitano's legal forecasts are anti-Trump.
I noticed how left-wingers have no idea who works for Fox News.

They spend all their time watching CNN and they assume Fox News must be full of Trump supporters just because CNN is full of Trump haters....
The most vicious debates are on Fox News, because their analysts are often anti-Trump, so there are plenty of disagreements.

No one will ever take the country away from the select few amazingly wealthy families that remain in control of the Government through donations and sheer force.

The white people "fighting for their country" are fighting the wrong people and are just pons in a game well beyond their wealth and reach. Why do you think we continue to change Presidents but fundamentally nothing actually changes. Why do you think politicians can play Red vs Blue all day then go hang our together at "Fundraisers".

Your a fool if you believe marching against the "Other" will bring more prosperity to the White Middle class. Remember the only people that can take from white folk in America is more POWERFUL white folk.

When was he an ardent Trump supporter?

Speaking of BS, what is your post exactly? Napolitano has been highly critical of Trump for quite awhile now and much of it is fair. But you are talking out of your rear. Neutral? Lol.

It was only a few months ago that the truth about Napolitano came to light:

April 29, 2019 Napolitano said he's been friends with Mueller for 30 years and probably will be friends with him for the next 30.

President Trump tweeted Saturday that Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano met with him and urged him to nominate Napolitano to the Supreme Court as well as grant a pardon to one of Napolitano's friends.

https://thehill.com/homenews/adminis...end-put-him-on

Napolitano is rarely if at all seen in primetime (Carlson, Hannity, Ingraham) on FNC.

Dershowitz had a disagreement with him in May 2019 over something Napolitano said.

3/25/17 This may shed some light on Napolitano/Trump (note the date):

"Judge Andrew Napolitano may be temporarily sidelined at Fox News, but he’s been telling friends and associates that he could be in for a big promotion — to the Supreme Court. After meeting with President Trump twice during the transition, first in December and again in mid-January, the Newark, N.J.-born television personality told several people that Trump said he was on the list of judges from whom he was selecting a nominee for the high court. “He said, ‘Trump said I’m on the list,’” said a source who spoke with Napolitano shortly after one of his meetings with the then president-elect. “He’s been saying that since the transition.” Trump released a list of potential replacements for the late Justice Antonin Scalia before the election, vowing to select Scalia’s replacement from that list — and followed through, tapping Tenth Circuit judge Neil Gorsuch for the nomination in January. Napolitano’s name did not appear on any public list.

Good grief, Napolitano peddled the "Trump was wiretapped" nonsense.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/cheats...-wiretap-claim

Fox suspended him for a couple weeks, but he returned and continued spouting the same BS.

Apparently, he has had a change of heart about Trump.

Agreed. I also accept that Napolitano has been critical of Trump in the past. Many have pointed that out to me in this thread, but not a single one of them has addressed the context of his op-ed.
