They’re making a decision based on local considerations. So?

Why am I supposed to be alarmed by the lack of Gummi Bears in Leipzig?

Germans surely don’t care about American children’s school lunches.

It's all very simple if people are aware and realize we are ripe for the picking. Honestly a competing super power could take over right now and as long as they kept cell phone and internet service intact most would be too brain dead to care or even notice it happened. Lets not forget the factory farmed food to fill the clueless masse's bellies. It's all it will take and it's already in motion. Those that are AWAKE see it all creeping up around us.

Similar ramifications about eating pets vs pork was brought up by many posters. Facts about America's own obsession and how WWIII would break out if dogs were eaten here: This, however, pales in comparison with what Americans spend on their pets annually. This year alone, pet spending in the U.S. is estimated to exceed $72 billion, which is more than the combined GDP of the 39 poorest countries in the world. We aren't ones to talk about priorities. Even as a dog lover I see this as really messed up too. The added indisputable science proving that pigs are smarter than dogs just makes my head spin at this whole situation. (Is it me? Naaw...I will just go crazy because God cursed me with a functioning brain and the ability to reason).

Americans spend $70 billion on pets, and that money could do more good

Most here will never see it coming which I suppose is the point of the OP's warning post of what is happening in Germany. <SMH>
Total BS post. The group I run with are hunters, triathletes and involved in sports. It's hard enough to get enough calories and protein when training for a tri event, marathon or swimming event. I also hunt with a bunch of endurance athletes and we have multiple BBQs a year.

This is a military town on top of super fit people. I don't know where you live but maybe you should move or quit the complaints. Excuse me while I go get some pork ribs cause I just rode a thirty miler hard and am starving.

Doesn't the left hate religious fundamentals? Oh, if they are white. Got it.

Well, I'm conservative and I dislike religious fundamentalism of all sorts, whether it is radical Muslims, Christians who are fanatical, or leftists, as I consider leftism to be a religion with their adherence to an orthodoxy. All of these groups are the antithesis of rational, free-thinking.

I completely agree, but the far left are giving these loons a pass based on their primitive beliefs because they aren't caucasian.

Do you know another "dietary supplement" that has been banned or did they just happen to find pork?

Yep. They can't help themselves, because in their simple world-view, everything can be divided into a dichotomy of exploiter/exploited. In their view, Muslims are on the exploited end, so liberals feel they must defend them against the exploiting West.

LOL That's it!

This is Germany, Germans love their sausage, and they know how to cook it so it's "safely prepared."

If you really do not understand the issue here, then I'm sorry you don't possess the critical thinking skills to understand. But, I suspect you know full well, but prefer to pretend in the name of social justice.

Pork is the National Dish of Germany
