Yes, Democrats incentivize illegal immigration with promises of decriminalizing border crossings and free healthcare. They know they can come here and there will be no consequences and they will also get free stuff. Now, the rest of the world is catching on and hopping on flights to Mexico to make the trek to the border and goodies paid for by the American taxpayer.

Default The numbers aren't there

No. The Trump administration has cut the number of both refugees & asylees admitted to the US.

"Approximately 22,500 refugees were resettled in the United States during fiscal year (FY) 2018. Beyond accepting refugees for resettlement, the United States also grants humanitarian protection to asylum seekers who present themselves at U.S. ports of entry or claim asylum from within the country; in FY 2017 (the most recent data available), the United States granted asylum status to 26,568 individuals.

"In 2017, the Trump administration implemented increased vetting for refugees, citing security concerns; this slowed the process of admissions. Furthermore, President Trump reduced the number of refugees the United States accepts annually—first reducing the 110,000 level originally set for FY 2017 by the Obama administration to 50,000, then to 45,000 for FY 2018, and to a record low of 30,000 for FY 2019. Approximately 15,000 refugees had been resettled during the first seven months of FY 2019 (October 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019)."

(My emphasis - more details & information - & more reports @ https://www.migrationpolicy.org/arti...-united-states)

If the current trends continue, the Trump administration apparently means to whittle refugee & asylum numbers down to next to nothing. Or perhaps choke them both off altogether - the trends are certainly there. The 65,000 unaccompanied minors mentioned in para 1 above is already more than the sum of 49,068 refugees (FY 2018) & asylees (FY 2017) admitted to the US. It would be interesting to hear how the administration intends to address the US population shortfall - if they plan to address it @ all.

"Tax the rich till they're rich no more..." is a great song lyric but not logical nor practical.

Let's use Bill Gates for this example, worth only 103.8 billion USD. (Pretend he's not retired)
Let's tax 90% of that - 93.42 billion USD - and leave him with 10.38 billion USD.
FEDERAL BUDGET 2018 FY = $4.109 trillion
That chunk of change pays for 0.0227 of the budget.
8.3 days.
Or $286 per capita.
. . .
There is a small problem with confiscating "surplus" - folks soon learn NOT TO GENERATE SURPLUS.
Why would Mr Gates work harder to lose 90% of what he earned?
In fact, it's a common practice in socialist countries to work 'just enough' and not much more, since 'more' gets taken away. Worse, the government is constantly demanding increased production quotas because no one is going to work harder when its taken away from them.
. . .
And let's consider the government's contribution to the health care dilemma.
Who criminalized the unlicensed trade in healthcare, raising its price ?
Who debauched the money system, triggering endless inflation ?
Who legislated that gamblers (insurance underwriters) could get a skim off the backs of patients ?
Who legislated socialist taxes and administrative overhead expenses ?
Who granted monopolies that closed down medical schools and created a physician scarcity ?
. . .

Coincidentally, socialist charity collapses once it runs out of other people's money - or children to tax.

They’re all caught because they turn themselves in to claim asylum. That’s the new gig.
