Empires have been rising and falling since the beginning of the first civilization. The pattern endures while nations fade out and get replaced. The start of the USA's decline could be marked at the Vietnam War. Now we're a few decades into the decline and very close to the end of the nation. I don't particularly blame anyone for that. Incompetent halfwit politicians are part of the package, with worse ahead. Managing the decline is the best we can do now.

Am I the only person on this planet that believes that politicians play a very minor role in one's life? Especially in the USA? People are waiting for their opportunity if the R comes to power, the others wait for the D to come to power.

If this and that was in power, my life will change. LMFAO. I've been here in the USA since 1980. Republican or Democrat has not affected me one bit. They didn't determine my success or failures. They didn't influence my life one bit. And over the years, I have met many successful people that have gotten their wealth regardless of who was in power in the US. Didn't matter one bit. Do you know what was the reason they became successful? Yeah...THEMSELVES.

You want to know what influence my life? ME. My decisions in my life are what influenced my life. It determines my living standard, my wealth or lack of wealth. My current lifestyle. Not a single politician has played a role where it affected my life.

If the Dem wins, this will happen. If the Rep wins, this will happen. You know what? Stop worrying about other people, take care of your own Sh*t and the rest will fall into place. Politicians don't make your life, you do. Now, go live your life. If your life sucks, it's because of YOU. You are the driver of your life. You decide everything in your life. Rewards or consequences, they are all yours.

Politicians control every aspect of your life whether you know it or not. They shouldn't but they do.

The article writer didn't say, so why do Democrats want to destroy America? Don't they have to still live here once it's destroyed?

If the Democrats have their way, we will have open borders with millions of poverty-stricken, 4th grade educated people pouring in. Of course, that's great for them, because they need their voters to be dependent on the government teet.

Meanwhile, we, the American taxpayer will be paying for their 'services' with increased taxes that they will be able to pass via their new majority made up of imported people.

It will be a collapsing circle.

I don't need warm milk or blankees and I'm not shreiking - I just need some answers. How do liberals on this site see this story ending? The story that forgives billions in student debt, nationalizes health care, allows millions of illegals in, takes over the entire economy in the guise of helping the climate, and on - and on. How do you guys see the story ending? I'm asking. Because I just don't get it.
^^^^Excellent post Yet we get nothing from the liberals when it comes to how they see the story ending or even how the policies that all the dem candidates are proposing will be good for America. Just crickets chirping plus some name-calling and insults throw in---that's what we get from them.

Democrats only think about what is good for them and how they can win elections in the moment. They probably fully understand what a disaster these programs would be, but who cares, the consequences would be 10 years down the road.

Trump adds $4.1 trillion to national debt.
The ballooning national debt will cause GDP growth to slow down further, he says. “The more we borrow, the more we have to count on capital from abroad, or else no capital at all to fund our investments and the slower growth is going to be over time. We’re already headed towards 2% growth on the current basis, and the higher our debt is, the lower that will be.”

.

I think you are being a little unfair to 4th graders. The majority of people who vote Democrat in 2019 are not smarter than your average 4th grader.
