I'm surprised there isn't a thread up yet about the 'Did Kyra Phillips say white rule or white rural?' mini/little brouhaha.

For those of you who don't quite know where we are here's a link to a map of the 7th District. It encompasses most of Baltimore City, a substantial piece of Baltimore County (there is a difference) going up into the horse country and a chunk of 2nd wealthiest Howard County.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary...ince_2013).tif

The Baltimore City section is the not so affluent part that has the nonstandard domestic pets.

Most of you would soil yourselves if you had to drive through that section.

Oh by the way, this is an example of the gerrymandering done in the most gerrymandered state.

Faux News was talking about the lists of cities with the most rats. They mentioned Baltimore being high on the list and Cummings was responsible. They also mentioned NYC being at the top (or among the top) cities. They neglected to say that Trump claims NYC as his home city.

I rarely watch Faux, but decided at 6 a.m. to compare the three big networks. Faux started their 6 a.m. chow with a Katy Perry Dark Horse lawsuit, CNN started w/ the DEM's debates (they're covering), and MSNBC Morning Joe starts off with the Trump racism story.

Watched for Faux's second story and it was to slam Al Sharpton and side w/ Trump and then dissing Baltimore (rats).

If one watched Faux exclusively, I can see how the viewer would be so pro-Trump. Absolutely 100% support for him daily - echo chamber for those who want to hear nothing but stories about how great of a President he is.

Yup, and I know people that watch Faux exclusively. As ignorant as they are hostile to everything not pro-Trump. Kudos to you for even watching that garbage.

Someone asked if Trump can do this discussion about Dem policies on large cities without being racist. Easy. Many large cities have been run by white Dems for much of their history. Milwaukee and Chicago are two examples.

So many Dems think Conservatives like Trump because they are brainwashed by Fox News. What they fail to understand is that these people are conservatives first and watch Fox for fair coverage. Even conservative hosts have liberals on their shows to give their spin. So Fox viewers do get both sides even when the Dem side is stupid and nasty.

I notice Milwaukee and Madison are in the same state. Madison has basically been one of the most liberal cities for a while. Alot of people want to move there, and it's considered one of the most desirable places to move to. Milwaukee, on the other hand, has been in decline for years. And it's one of the most violent cities in the USA. I don't think political party is the issue.

We took a wrong turn (really easy to do) and we've driven though those sections of Baltimore. And Cummings is worried about illegal aliens? Those illegals are probably coming from better areas than Baltimore. Cummings really does need to stop pandering to liberals and illegals and pay attention and do something for the people in Baltimore.

How can representatives like Cummings do that without dropping down?
