Here is a great article: https://ggwash.org/view/73198/trump-...an-politicians

Note: I lived in Montgomery County, and officials in suburban counties hate Baltimore.

So do the people.

Trump is right about Baltimore. Corruption and greed and the politicians, both local and federal, turn a blind eye to their constituents.

And of course these politicians don't want to be called out on their "homes".
Are we just supposed to turn a blind eye and let it continue ?

Are we using rats figuratively as representing Democrats... They both like to steal and scurry away in the light...

If the people that lived there really cared they would cast their votes accordingly.
Those elected officials are a reflection of the community.

Finally, while we would not sink to name-calling in the Trumpian manner — or ruefully point out that he failed to spell the congressman’s name correctly (it’s Cummings, not Cumming) — we would tell the most dishonest man to ever occupy the Oval Office, the mocker of war heroes, the gleeful grabber of women’s private parts, the serial bankrupter of businesses, the useful idiot of Vladimir Putin and the guy who insisted there are “good people” among murderous neo-Nazis that he’s still not fooling most Americans into believing he’s even slightly competent in his current post. Or that he possesses a scintilla of integrity. Better to have some vermin living in your neighborhood than to be one.
Thank you Baltimore Sun!

I don't see anything about being an expert in finance and taxes.
