To answer the question the OP posed: It is racist because he, the president of the United States (yes, you read that right) called an American city 'infested' and a place no human would want to live. IOW, he is saying that Black people are not human and they infest Baltimore. That is called de-humanizing. Further, we all know what is to be done when our homes are infested with vermin. We call an exterminator. Yes? What happens when leaders start calling human being vermin? Think about it--I already answered for you in this very reply...

Baltimore _IS_ rat infested. But it is you who equates infestation with black people. Perhaps it is you who are racist.

You connect dots in a very haphazard, jagged fashion. It makes me laugh. Thanks!

It's racist for you to assume this is caused by Black people. Trump didn't say it, you did.

Bernie Sanders said exactly the same thing, and none of you are calling him Racist.

Quite the opposite. Its your party/dnc/mediamasters that are inventing the race narrative to run on since you have very little else

Why aren't Democrats calling Bernie Sanders Racist?

Bernie Sanders likens West Baltimore to 'Third World' country

A reason why some people might see it as racist is that Trump has a history of seeing various inflammatory remarks to non-White people. However, he has said inflammatory remarks to other White people. Of course, not all inflammatory remarks are racist.

Quite the double standard you have.
Not even close. Nice straw grasping though. The congressman called out the horrible treatment of immigrants at the border. Please show us where he called out a city or county like your Dear Leader did.

Trump is the President of Baltimore and ever other city in the country. What he did was uncalled for and showed how much of a man-child he actually is. Completely disgraceful.

Sometimes the truth is inflammatory. That shouldn't keep people from expressing it.
