Yeah, and if there was a list of the top 50 least rat infested cities, they would probably be Republican run cities very few people would want to move to, such as Tulsa, Omaha, and Sioux Falls.

"Correlation does not imply causation". It has already been said, most large cities in America lean Democrat. The cities on that list are also among the top cities in the US by GDP... which... hmm.. are also largely Democrat leaning...

Maybe rather than try to make politics out of everything, the most obvious explanation is that pests love populous area where there is ample access to food and shelter.

If anything this thread is an example of how our educational system has failed.

Small point. Almost all cities are run by Dems.

I could do a study on how most of the most inbred hillbilly crap towns are run by the GOP.

It would mean as much as the story in the original post: Almost nothing.
