What? No “Racism” allegations? Perhaps “homophobia”? Or whatever it is when it’s the homeless?

That wasn't his job. The job went to the Democratic mayor.

Oklahoma City is a heavily Trump supporting, fundamentalist Baptist town yet people don't want to live here. People who have the means to escape from here to "liberal" places like San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, and Denver. Why is that?

I have a feeling most people hating on San Francisco have probably never even been there.

SF is a joke. Although I can't deny how beautiful and unique it is.

I've been several times but it was over a decade ago. The homeless population was extremely high but I didn't see any human excrement on the streets, I guess it hadn't really started yet.

You've got the rich people tucked away in Pacific Palisades and then the homeless there, honestly not a whole lot in between.

SF is ruined by Democrats just as the whole state of California is.

It was too expensive then, now it's literally approached insanity.

A lot more homeless people, a lot more needles in the street. I didn't see any poop but the last time I went was 10 years ago. It's gotten worse and worse.

There are still amazing parts of SF, but the wealth disparity there is bad. Like I said, the rich are all tucked away in Pacific Palisades or other tony areas.

The rest is the rest. Like most of coastal Ca, a circle jerk if you're not filthy rich.

I mean Pacific Heights

I was thinking of the Palisades bc that's also an exclusive, rich area. Just in LA.

Glad to see they are so concerned about their citizens.
The so called 'Happy Meal Ban' did happen in 2010. Some feel San Francisco 'got the idea' from Santa Clara County (where San Jose is located). Santa Clara County enacted a 'Happy Meal Ban' during the first half of 2010, and San Francisco followed later in 2010. Rather than banning any food, they sought to (and did) ban the free giveaway of the little gifts with the meals. McDonalds and Burger King got around that by charging ten cents for the little gifts that were previously included at no additional cost.
