The bottom line here is Bernie Sanders. Attempting to portray his supporters as folks from the lower rung of society is simply nonsense. His supporters are probably the most successful of all voters. Certainly higher achievers than Trump’s base, although that’s not saying much.

If you can get out of the trailer park, you've already pretty much achieved that milestone.
That certainly isn't what the polls show. In fact, the polls show that they are the poorest. https://www.politico.com/story/2019/...s-2020-1408548

But, then again, you've shown time and time again that your intuition is faulty.

Lol, oh you want to start a pizzing contest? How on earth do you presume to know anything about me?

I'm already worth more than 7 figures and that's just my trust. You're not going to insult me by calling me a trust fund baby because all of that money was already taxed heavily by the IRS.

My husband started working at his company for $9 an hour, he's now about to be promoted to director of operations for the whole region. In 12 years. Capitalism works. He didn't even finish college, is just that hard of a worker and smart (but is in process of getting master's now). I'm not disclosing our income but let's just say, yeah, we want to keep as much as possible.

Do you pay the IRS extra? Nobody is stopping you.

Can you really say that paragraph out loud with a straight face???

The only people socialism benefits are the poor people who contribute nothing, sorry.

If you are anything but broke you would not want socialism.

It's simple math. 45% of adult Americans pay no taxes.

So how do we pay for all of this again? Please, tell me. The 65% who do pay gets stuck with the 40 trillion dollar burden? And that's just healthcare.

Be careful, you'll be accused of personal insults for not wanting to pay more in taxes!

Yeah, as soon as I got my username and password, my net worth shot up into the millions too. It’s a common occurrence on CD.

And I’d never call you a trust fund baby. That would be an insult. Insults are against the TOS. Beaides, you’d actually have to have a trust fund first.

The same way we paid for $6 trillion dollars worth of war in Iraq and Afghanistan. We found that cash, didn’t we?

Find THIS cash in the same place.

Why would I lie? Do you think I care what strangers on the internet think?

Add up the cost of every socialist program you think you're entitled to. Just healthcare alone is $40 trillion. Free housing and food and lollipops and college, canceling all debt would be quite a bit more.

Do the people who took out loans to go to college and paid them back get reimbursed?

You have no idea but most of these people will vote for Trump.
