Montana Republican Sen. Steve Daines introduces resolution condemning socialism, pivotal time in our great nation’s history

Most people reject socialism for America's future with its long history of failure and resulting loss of life !!!

Daines introduces resolution condemning socialism, saying 'pivotal' moment has arrived
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/dai...nt-has-arrived

In his prepared remarks introducing the resolution Daines criticized the Green New Deal and "Medicare-for-all" -- as well as the increase in partisanship on Capitol Hill.

Montana Republican Sen. Steve Daines introduced a resolution forcefully condemning what he called the "failed experiment" of socialism on Monday, warning that the United States had "two paths to take" -- with one leading to "freedom," and the other, "complete government control, undermining our constitution and our American way of life.”

For a lib, of course, as they love socialism and communism.

Such a vote in the US should be unanimous; however due to fifth columnist libs, there will no doubt be strong opposition.

No, it's political theater to any thinking American who isn't blinded by partisanship.

What does this resolution actually accomplish if it gets passed?

Pure hyperbole designed to rouse up the base. No better nor worse than the doomed to fail hyperbole spouted on the left.

Even Denmark is not socialist.

Socialist, communist, marxist, nazi, fascist, justice, fair... Words that mean nothing now.

What does this even mean? What does it actually accomplish and how does it help his constituents? Aside from riling up the base and getting them to believe that healthcare is something only commies, socialist whatevers need and want.

You get sick, you have the freedom to die from treatable diseases he shouted from the rooftop as the crowd cheered to their lowered quality of life and eventual early demise.

Does this dismantle the military, first responders, subsidy payments to farmers, etc? Inquiring minds want to know.
