Sorry, but you can't expect a middle-class working stiff to absorb the cost of an affluent professional's student loans.

Also, having more people go to college doesn't make us a more "intelligent" society. If we push everyone through college, it lowers the value of the degree - and likely lowers the caliber of the education.

Long term results aren't in, but it's working well.

If businesses would pay the workers decently, a law wouldn't be necessary. But that's the story of business in America.
Here's an example.

One of the places I've been to in Olympia:
LUNCH & DINNER

Gotta love spending 17.50 for a burger and a salad with a nasty ranch dressing.

People already know they just don't care. And of those who don't know, you will never convince them to forego the fries and order a salad instead. It's just not gonna happen.

I don't like watching sharks kill seals.
I like it when the seal gets away.
This is like sharks killing seals.
And people clap.
The end.

I think Warren is the most passionate, and is able to concisely communicate her thoughts and plans the best.

Buttigieg is sharp but green--he'll be a stronger contender in a few more years.

None of the others are leaving an impression...
I don't care for Warren, but I agree she's got it together...her thoughts and articulation.

Agree on Buttigieg.

I think Klobuchar is firming up her qualifications to be an effective VP.
