Iíve known families who made the conscious decision early on to be a one-working-parent family. It took some years of saving, then a lot more frugality than they had been used to pre-kid. A smaller home, older cars, no big vacations, etc. Not everyone can swing it, but I agree that more families probably could if they reined in their living habits.

Gabbard is their best candidate, at least in terms of personality. She doesn't come across as a hater.

I'm kind of surprised she's not a Republican.

Trump would have to go softer on her than the other female candidates b/c a lot of guys will want to be her white knight.
