No. Congress can't even pass a dang law. What makes anyone think they are capable to write a document that was put into place in 1787 (11 years after we declared Independence from Great Britain).

Our Constitution was written by Men who risked Their lives to create what we have today.The idiots in power today have no business ever claiming to have risked anything to better their Country except our Military and President Trump who left private life to try and save what we have from being stolen from us by the radical socialist democrats.
