The Constitution has a built adjustment for changing time, Amendments.

Maybe a renovation of the Constitution to get rid of out of date laws and modernize it.

One necessary change is allowing the people to amend it directly through referendum. Today only congress can, but the locked congress is anything but capable of any change or reform. We should let the people speak directly - not through a bunch of self serving congressmen.
