This would have been a very weak argument, indicting an FBI head over confidential material after the fact. I would expect they have better things to do.

DiGenova and Dershowitz said it was a good move to let Comey off for this one thing because US Atty Durham is going forward with criminal investigations against Comey and others, which is more important. They are lawyers and I am not so I bow to their experience and wisdom.

Oh, I don’t think there’s evidence there of wrongdoing at all. You’re talking about highly skilled attorneys who know what they can legally do and what they cannot. That’s why the “facts” that all of these Internet attorney’s relied upon were just laughable.
