Comey won't be charged.
Not because he didn't break the law, but because there was no "intent".
Translation: different rules apply to different people. Powerful people can be above the law.
Most likely, Comey knows too many secrets; therefore, he gets away with a crime we wouldn't.
Same thing that happened with Hillary.
