Default No charges for Comey

Comey won't be charged.

Not because he didn't break the law, but because there was no "intent".

Translation: different rules apply to different people. Powerful people can be above the law.

Most likely, Comey knows too many secrets; therefore, he gets away with a crime we wouldn't.

Same thing that happened with Hillary.

Yet. If they have anything it will be on the FISA side. You will know in couple of months.

Won't be charged at this time with espionage and perjury. It will be in the file, for a fact pattern in FISA Fraud case.

Stealing classified FBI documents and leaking them to the lying Press, lying to a court in order to spy on the Trump campaign, engaging a treasonous plot to attempt to depose the President (aka Treason)....for starters.

Some people won't be charged because there was no intent. Others won't be charged because there was no firm offer of money changing hands despite there being the intent.
