There are no jobs that an American won't do for a fair wage. Who do you think were doing them before millions of cheap illegals flooded our border? If there any so-called jobs that Americans won't do then what about using legal immigrants? Illegal aliens have no right to be here. They are here in violation of our immigration and labor laws and cost us over $100 billion a year. They also reduce wages for Americans and legal immigrants.

They never go to jail. They have been caught time and time again and they appeal for years and usually win...and eventually may pay a tiny fine and not admit guilt.

But it's always great to get the little guy...the one who didn't buy a special table at the Pols fund raiser.

Also, if he paid the taxes he wouldn't be seeing any jail. Most illegals end up paying all their taxes....although not into their own accounts. Free money. For us.

So you get cheap meat (I don't eat the stuff) and extra taxes.
A corporate entity cannot be sent to prison.

That being said Tyson has been called out at least once for hiring (allegedly) illegal aliens. However a jury declined to find company itself criminally liable.

If you as a CPA for a company cook the books and IRS brings charges against everyone remotely involved.

Company can only be held criminally liable if it can be proven in court they instructed, knew of (or should have known) of alleged offenses. Lone wolves acting on their own for whatever reasons can (and have) taken entire blame for their actions.

Term "throwing someone under a bus" may apply here; a company *may* know what is going on "nudge, nudge, wink, wink", but you won't see any sort of paper trail or otherwise having their names attached. So if or when stuff hits the fan the corporation can with a straight face deny any direct involvement.

This why smart persons when asked to do something they shouldn't by direct supervisors or whoever either out right refuse, and or demand things be put in writing/witnessed.

Sounds like a win for we the people, now lets get all of the bastards who hire illegals. That includes their HR managers.

The illegals should have also had their assets seized.

I'm an Elizabeth Warren type socialist, but I think the problem of illegal aliens is completely about corporations wanting them so they can pay under the table. Isn't that what Trump was doing at his hotels? One woman that was finally fired had worked there illegally for17 years.

Make it unprofitable for businesses, burn through their godless profiteering, and illegals wont be able to find work here.

Trump deserves a similar fine as the slaughterhouse. He had to know they were illegal. By his own admission he knows EVERYTHING.

Punishing the poor by "seizing" assets is worthless. They haven't much to lose in many cases, and they came here because most had nothing at all. But slam the rich capitalists regularly and you will see a change almost overnight. The capitalists deserve jail time.

You dont, you support a welfare state and now out of necessity a police state. Just come clean with yourself, you'll feel better in the morning.

Maybe we just need one more "reform" to "solve" this "problem".

Ever notice how government rolls out education reform, criminal justice reform, health care reform, immigration reform, etc every so often?

They are just one more tax dollar away from "solving" these problems.

No really. Cross my heart and hope to die.

Funny.

For me -- it is about freak'n time. The first thing Trump should have done when he became President two and a half years ago was come down hard on employers, fix e-verify. The fact he got this one guy -- WTG -- one down how many more to go?
"so you are satisfied if Trump closes down one business as an example?"
I am satisfied to see egg on the faces of those that have claimed "Trump NEVER goes after the busyness.

"one down how many more to go?" "A trip starts with the FIRST step!"

Is Trump Org being fined? Are the TrumpOrg employees who knowingly hired undocumented people going to prison for knowingly hiring and then not disclosing their employment to the FBI?
