Culture is LEARNED and the culture of blacks in America IS NOT the culture of blacks in Africa or the culture blacks came here with. Blacks don't have their surnames from Africa, blacks don't have their religions from Africa, blacks don't have their customs from Africa, blacks don't have their diet from Africa, etc, etc. What blacks have was LEARNED and acquired from being around whites for over 300 years. You showed us your bad side (assume that is your bad side and not simply the way you are) and that is what we picked up on. I mean....we were not calling ourselves the N word in Africa. We learned to call ourselves that, unfortunately, because that is what whites were calling us.
Culture can and has been impacted by white racism.

Ok...here is a case study of a poster who believes that blacks, in general, have inferior brains than whites. Of course....don't call that "racism" on his part. Rather, he is just siting known fact. Not racism, but rather, "realism" if you let him tell it.
You ask people to explain their observations....that is when there racism is clear.
What's your explanation for the difference between Europe and Africa? I know the truth is difficult to accept but it's still the truth.
Anyone that is allowed to have children that cannot afford to pay for them is a problem.
The GOP is not interested in discouraging this behavior, so they contribute heavily to the problem too.
Don't forget that many "poor" people have access to cash, just like the privileged like cash. It's easier to hide.

Then, the US and some NATO allies and the USSR tried to influence their parts of Africa for 50 years. Installing puppets after puppets, backed by their military and weapons.
When the USSR collapsed, surplus guns where dumped into Africa starting dozens of civil wars..

Just look at India as an example... Stood for almost 25% of the World GDP for thousands of years before the British conquered it. Collapsed their economy down to sub 5% of GDP, while extracting as much wealth as they could, while MILLIONS died of hunger, disease and putting down rebellions.
They are slowly rebuilding their economies....

Face it, its evolution, just research it. Africans bred with less evolved species of human while others left for Europe and bred with Neanderthals. This increased intellect from Neanderthals plus the harsh conditions increased discipline and social structures. The answers are all there.

Very slowly the Africans are rebuilding their economies. When do you expect African nations to surpass the GNP of the USA and develop superior technology?
Take the "highest rate of single mothers" statistic in the proper context. WHY does the urban black community have a higher rate of single mothers than any other demographic? Past that, what can possibly explain the shift in the black family from a higher marriage and wedded childbirth rate than all other demographics at one point in the not so distant past, to the current polar opposite of the worst rate among all other demographics? Is the some historical inflection point that can possibly explain the WHY of this particular cultural issue?
I mean, slavery ended 156 years ago, so that legacy alone cannot explain what shifted from the very family oriented black demographic to this new single mother, absentee father, children raised on the street phenomenon. What could have possibly happened in the last oh...70 years that could give us a clue as to why the all black Harlem city schools went from 2nd best in the 5 Burroughs to among the worst as of today.
What was the pox, pray tell, that fell upon the black demographic's house, such that it actually resembles a plague virus? Hmm...what could it be...?

When blacks use the word "mosquito" and "bisque" does that mean youre racists?
You blanket blacks into African decent, well, for that matter I'm African, because I believe that's where the cradle of man was. Some blacks came from Asia, some from Barbados, even more from Chile, some lighter pigmented "blacks" came from Australia, some from India, even some from Greenland. The fact that some choose not to assimilate into the country that they live in is a personal choice.
If you don't like the culture you associate with, go start your own culture or find one that you do like, such as the culture of not making excuses...
I guess all the very successful black people....are just not black enough..and didn't embrace the "black culture"
