This isn’t about a spike in crime. It’s about a spike in bad behavior that folks managed to suppress before. They need to keep suppressing it.
Okay, you're talking about incivility (at it's best) and an unwillingness to filter.

It's hard to say whether there's been a spike in that or just a spike in coverage of it. Maybe both.
