Yang is saying that the best way to deal with climate change is to make sure we have the resources to adapt to whatever comes... move to higher ground if and when that becomes necessary. Who disagrees?

Stop flying 23 people all over the country (often in private and chartered planes) when only 3 or 4 are needed to hold an effective primary season.

Multiply 23 by aides, reporters, and entourages, and it adds up.
