Actually, they do. Feticide is illegal in most states, and is a prosecutable crime equivalent to that of homicide. Therefore, a fetus's right to life trumps a killer's action taken to end that life.

Really? When there is only a choice between saving the life of the mother or saving the life of a fetus, is the doctor who "kills" the fetus a murderer?

That exception alone proves a woman's has rights that trump those of a fetus.

When it comes to abortion, a woman has the right to end a pregnancy within certain parameters......no one else has that right. If someone violates a woman's right to choose by ending her pregnancy against her will, that circumstance clears the way for murder charges to apply.

Just as it is murder to kill someone walking down the street in front of your house but not murder if you kill someone who has broken into your home.

Circumstances matter.

Secondly , men that do not take responsibility should be sterilized.
I don't understand how anyone can say this. Abortions aren't cheap. They're over $500. Most women do not have $500 to use abortion as birth control.

I don't know many young women (in the age 20 range) that is pro abortion. 9 out of 10 of them would keep the child instead of terminating or adopting out the baby.

In several states, Medicaid (taxpayer money) pays for abortions.
