President Trump's words were not racist, they were just the truth
Let's see....

Johnny Damon, a white guy playing a white person's game, who supports Trump, and agrees that Baltimore has a lot of problems. Racist.

Not really. More of a stereotype, they really started cleaning up that area in the mid 90s.

Yankee Stadium area was pretty bad around 1990 but has improved quite a bit.

Trump is right about Baltimore - it's a legitimately dangerous city, right up there with Detroit and St Louis in my opinion. I would much rather walk around the Yankee Stadium neighborhood than venture a few blocks away from Camden Yards.

Go visit yankee stadium and walk around the neighborhood a few hours after a game has ended and report back.

Been to Camden many times. No issue. Any time at night. Wonder off a lot of stadiums and you can end up in your neighborhood. If you did that at Camden you are a moron. Damon and his wife were always idiots. Hated when Yanks signed him.

Damon is a snowflake. Fake news.

If you really read the article he wasn't even specific and didn't encounter any problems.

He's just looking for some attention since nobody has cared about him in over 10 years.

We know there are dangerous neighborhoods. We all know that Baltimore has alot of problems. This has been well-known for years. Alot of people know about how bad Baltimore is. This is nothing new. However, there are a few things to consider.

1) When the President of the USA refers to a specific city as a dump, I wonder how the residents of that city are going to look at the President of the USA?

2) Considering the circumstances of which Trump made that comment, it can be safely said that Trump didn't make such a comment because he cares about Baltimore.

3) How is President Trump referring to Baltimore as a dump suppose to make the city any better?
^^^^^ All excellent points, and notice that Trump supporters are staying away from your post.
