When I was in high school, the 60s, it was the end of the rainforests and an ice age.

I'm still waiting for my property to become ocean front. But since all the marinas I've worked out of up and down the coast for the past 30 years still have a mean high tide at the same level on the piers and pilings my house will never be ocean front.

What next?
Actually they are not being taught "science" because science is ever changing.
Some aspects of science have been manipulated for political gain.
And public opinion is being swayed by threats of fear rather than facts.

Kids are crying because they are being told that the world will end in 12 years because of climate change.
That's not teaching science. That is using fear as a powerful motivator to sway your opinion. They call that propaganda.
